- We upgrade your cylinder(s) by replacing the tiny OEM rod seal with a much larger one made of superior materials. We then add custom caps made of CNC machined stainless steel to accommodate these superior seals. Our seals are not sensitive to water and are resistant to most additives in hydraulic fluid. This results in a much longer service life than the standard OEM cylinders for a fraction of the price.

1. You send in your malfunctioning Hydraulic Pump, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds it.
The rebuild includes electric motor replacement or rewinding if necessary, a new high-current relay, service of hydraulic valves, and upgrade of internal seals in the pump to eliminate current or future pressure loss or internal bypass. Three years warranty.

2. Expedited Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first (includes a $500 Refundable Core Charge).
Option 2 means that you get a rebuilt & upgraded pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original pump for credit of your $500 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships a pump as pictured: no mounting frame and no wiring harness, in order to keep the shipping cost low. Top Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a pump that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.
