  • We currently upgrade Jaguar convertible hydraulic cylinders for the 1996-2006 XK8/XKR models with their high-pressure systems containing two top lift cylinders and one latch cylinder, plus six hydraulic hoses. The rod seals used for the cylinder rebuild/upgrade are far superior to the original ones in geometry, size and material choice.

  • Top Hydraulics does not only replace the original seals, but precision-manufactures metal parts that accommodate our larger and much longer lasting seals. That is why our rebuilds are actually upgrades - we make your old cylinders better than new!

  • Top Hydraulics' Kevlar-reinforced hoses have a burst pressure rating of 23,200 psi, and are clearly the best option available to Jaguar owners. You remove your cylinders that you would like to have rebuilt, and send them to us.  We ship internationally on a daily basis.

  • Please note that in the unlikely event the black/brass colored main lift cylinders should have rust or serious mechanical damage on the chromed shafts, a proper rebuild is currently not possible.

Hydraulic System Upgrade for your 1996-2006 Jaguar XKR/XK8, including pump.  Includes Rebuild Service for the set of 3 Hydraulic Cylinders/Rams, Hydraulic Pump Unit and a Full Set of 6 Replacement Hydraulic Lines/Hoses. By far the best parts on the market, far exceeding OEM quality.

We currently need several days' lead time for the core exchange option (where we send parts from our inventory first). Optional core exchange is $1800 plus $600 deposit.
