Rebuilt Cylinders for 2007-2013 Audi TT Mk2 Convertible
The Audi TT Mk2 Roadster has two hydraulic cylinders raising and lowering the top, powered by a pump in the trunk. There are seven seals inside each cylinder. The cylinder housing is an extruded aluminum tube, which has been fitted with a crimped-on plug on the bottom and a crimped-in gland on top. The hydraulic hoses are fastened to the cylinder's ports via stainless steel clips, which slide in a rail on the cylinder housing. Typically, the first seal to fail is an internal seal at the bottom plug, near the bottom mounting hole.

Very detailed and precise CNC machining makes it possible for us to open up these cylinders, install new glands and bottom plugs with our superior seals and close the cylinders back up in a long lasting fashion.
Top Hydraulics offers rebuild service and core exchange for these cylinders. Rebuild service means you send in your parts first, then we rebuild them, then we ship them back to you. Core exchange is an option in which you first pay a higher price, we send you parts first from our inventory, then you send back your original parts to recover the deposit.
Shipping within the US is $10 per order, international shipping via FedEx International Priority is $50 per order.
