There are two options for placing your order:
1. (Most affordable) You send in your leaking cylinders, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds them.
- Top Hydraulics replaces & upgrades the seals in your cylinders with our superior proprietary material. Top Hydraulics' u-cup seals have a far more reliable seal and much longer service life. You get back cylinders that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

2. (Fastest) Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first ($1000 plus a $600 deposit).
- Option 2 means that you get a set of rebuilt & upgraded cylinders from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original set for credit of your $600 core refund. You get a full set that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

Rebuild/Upgrade Service for full set of Audi A4 Cabriolet Cylinders
You remove your cylinders you would like to have rebuilt, and send them to us, or select "Yes" from the menu above to order from our stock with core exchange.
*Note: Core exchange orders include a $200 inventory surcharge and $600 refundable core deposit
The system has six cylinders:
Two main drive cylinders aka folding top cylinders: p/n 8H0871795B (same LH and RH)Two case cover lift cylinders: p/n for the left side 8H0871607B, p/n for the right side 8H0871608B
The hydraulic pump p/n is 8H0959247B
Important: Polished cylinder shafts must be free of rust or scratches from tools for a successful rebuild. If the shaft needs to be replaced, there will be a surcharge of $150 per shaft replacement with a hardened stainless steel shaft manufactured by Top Hydraulics.
Top Hydraulics can provide replacement hydraulic lines if needed.
