There are two options for placing your order:
1. (Most affordable) You send in your malfunctioning Hydraulic Pump, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds it.
- The rebuild includes electric motor replacement or rewinding if necessary, service of hydraulic valves, and upgrade of internal seals in the pump to eliminate current or future pressure loss or internal bypass. Three years warranty.

2. (Fastest) Expedited Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first
($380 plus a $150 Refundable Core Charge).
- Option 2 means that you get a rebuilt & upgraded pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original part for credit of your $150 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships the pump as pictured. YTop Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a pump that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

Core exchange means that you get rebuilt parts from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, and then you send back your original parts for a refund of your core deposit of $60.
Rebuild & Upgrade Service for your Z3 Hydro Unit (hydraulic pump)
You send us your pump to be rebuilt and upgraded. Includes replacement of electric motor if needed, overhaul of valves and internal parts of the pump assembly to exceed manufacturer's specs. The finished product gets a full bench test for flow, pressure, and thermal behavior.
Drain the fluid from the pump before shipping to Top Hydraulics, wrap the pump inside a large garbage bag (or two...), buffer the parcel well inside, consider double boxing, and tape up well on the outside. A USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box works well.
