Hydraulic Pump Upgrade Service

If you send us your pump with the mounting plates for the hoses, then we will fill the pump with fluid and use the mounting plates to secure silicone plugs that prevent fluid spillage in transport.
Includes service to electric motor, solenoids, internal valves and pump. Top Hydraulics' pump upgrades with new seals and upgraded components in the electric motor make the pump better than new. Replacement of electric motor if needed. The pump goes through extensive checks in final test, including pressure, flow rate, function of all components, and thermal behavior of the motor.
There may be a surcharge for pumps that have been abused, or exposed to fire or floods. An abused pressure relief valve will reduce the core refund by $100 if you use the core exchange option where we send a pump from our inventory first.
Return shipping within the US via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day Service for $15, FedEx Priority Overnight inside the US for $45, FedEx International Priority $85.
