Pump rebuild includes solenoid valves, internal valves, rewinding the motor if necessary, noise reduction circuitry, replacement of rotor assembly and/or pistons if necessary, replace bearings if necessary, and of course replacement and upgrade of internal seals. The pump ships back filled with fluid. Surcharge only for serious abuse.
Includes extensive testing of all components, thermal behavior of the pump, pressure and flow test, and full function test of all solenoid valves. The pump will leave our facilities performing better than a brand new one, and it should last a lot longer under the same circumstances.
