2. (Fastest) Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first ($890 plus a $300 deposit).
- Option 2 means that you get a set of rebuilt & upgraded cylinders and new hoses from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original cylinders for credit of your $300 core refund. You get a parts that have been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements. There is no need to ship your old hoses back to us.

Rebuild/Upgrade Service for 2001-present VW New Beetle Hydraulic Cylinders plus Full Set of new Hydraulic Hoses. Top Hydraulics' new hydraulic hoses have a rated burst pressure is 23,200 PSI, far exceeding OEM specifications for a truly superior hydraulic line. Offered here is rebuild/upgrade service for both hydraulic lift cylinders, as well as a full set of new hydraulic lines. In addition to the superior pressure rating, Top Hydraulics' hoses are more flexible than the OEM hoses, which makes them longer lasting in the folding roof application, plus easier to install! The lines are clearly labeled on each end (telling you where they connect to), and they come with new o-rings. The hose material is sourced in Germany, the hoses are assembled in the US, and these hoses will not crumble apart like your original ones.
