There are two options for placing your order:
1. (Most affordable) You send in your malfunctioning cylinders and pump, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds them.
- Top Hydraulics replaces & upgrades the seals in your cylinder with our superior proprietary material. Top Hydraulics' u-cup seals have a far more reliable seal and much longer service life. You get back parts that have been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

2. (Fastest) Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first ($1200 plus a $800 deposit).
- Option 2 means that you get a set of rebuilt & upgraded cylinders and pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original set for credit of your $800 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a system that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

Full set of 2008-2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet Cylinders and Hydraulic Pump
You remove your hydraulic pump and cylinders you would like to have rebuilt, and send them to us, or order directly from our stock by selecting the core exchange option in the drop down menu above.
Core exchange orders include a $200 inventory surcharge and $800 refundable core deposit.
The system has six cylinders:
Two main drive cylinders aka folding top cylinders: p/n 8H0871795B (same LH and RH)The hydraulic pump p/n is 8H0959247B
Important: Polished cylinder shafts must be free of rust or scratches from tools for a successful rebuild. If the shaft needs to be replaced, there will be a surcharge of $150 per shaft replacement with a hardened stainless steel shaft manufactured by Top Hydraulics.
Top Hydraulics can provide replacement hydraulic lines if needed.
