There are two options for placing your order:
1. (Most affordable) You send in your malfunctioning Corvette C6 Hydraulic Pump, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds it.
- The rebuild includes electric motor replacement or rewinding if necessary, service of hydraulic valves, and upgrade of internal seals in the pump to eliminate current or future pressure loss or internal bypass. Three years warranty.

2. (Fastest) Expedited Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first
($700 plus a $500 Refundable Core Charge).
- Option 2 means that you get a rebuilt & upgraded pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original pump for credit of your $500 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a pump that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

The hydraulic pump is located in the tonneau compartment. The hydraulic system also utilizes two main lift hydraulic cylinders, two bow cylinders, and two tonneau cylinders. In the tonneau hydraulic circuit there is a hold valve to prevent the tonneau cover from closing when there is no operating pressure.
The hydraulic pump consists of a pump block, oil reservoir, and a 12-Volt DC electric motor to operate the pump. The fluid reservoir (with level indications on the side ) is attached to the pump with a hose clamp. Chevrolet recommends using Univis HVI 26 hydraulic fluid. Here at Top Hydraulics, Inc. we use FeBi 02615 fluid in all of our hydraulic systems.
