Top Hydraulics, Inc. was born out of a love for convertibles. We started out with rebuilding convertible top cylinders for the Mercedes R129 SL-Class and have shipped over 100,000 cylinders for this model alone to date. Today, Top Hydraulics remanufactures all hydraulic cylinders for the soft tops and vario roofs on Mercedes convertibles, as well as over 30 other brands, including Audi, BMW, Bentley, Cadillac, Chrysler, Ferrari, Infiniti, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Nissan, Opel, Rolls-Royce, Saab, Volvo, and Volkswagen Cabriolets.
Top Hydraulics also upgrades your hydraulic valves, lines, and pumps.
We make your cylinders better than new inside with seals superior to those used by the OEM! We are convinced that we are using the best seals of any that are available to you. We want this to be the last time you have to worry about your cylinders leaking, and we strive to support you to the best of our ability during the removal and replacement process.
We gladly offer a warranty of at least 3 years on our rebuilt cylinders. This warranty is valid regardless of which fluid you are using in your system (watch the fine print in our competition’s warranty), although we recommend using only the manufacturer approved liquids and not using any additives.

Your vehicles have been equipped with very good hydraulic systems. We make the weakest links in these systems better than they were when your vehicle was produced - we usually make our rebuilds better than new. That's why we call our rebuild upgrades. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service at a very affordable price, where you won't have to worry about the upgraded parts failing as quickly as they did the first time.
