When sending us the pump, please be sure to drain all fluid from the reservoir and to put the fill plug back on. If residual fluid drains out of the pump and gets into the electric motor, then it will ruin the motor. Thus, please be thorough at draining the pump and put the pump into absorbent material, then box well.
