The Jaguar XK/XKR has five hydraulic cylinders that actuate and lock the top and cover. This is a special core exchange option. Order a complete, upgraded Jaguar XK/XKR top hydraulic system from our inventory. Includes the full set of cylinders, the hydraulic pump unit PLUS a new full set of Top Hydraulics' upgraded hydraulic hoses. The top system ships filled, fully bled, and with the travel sensors already mounted to the cylinders for easy and quick installation. All Top Hydraulics upgrades are made to be far superior to brand new parts from Jaguar.
All seven seals in each cylinder are replaced and upgraded with far superior material. Of those seven seals, the wipers, rod seals, gland seals, piston seals, and cap seals also get upgraded to a superior shape. This makes our rebuilt cylinders far superior to brand new ones from the factory, on account of much longer service life under the same circumstances.
Top Hydraulics' upgrades include a 3-year warranty.
