The Roll Bar Lift cylinder is part of the roll bar assembly. It is related to hydraulic lowering and raising of the rollbar. Emergency deployment is independent via electronic release of spring pressure in the roll bar. Top Hydraulics upgrades the seals inside the hydraulic cylinders - this is independent of emergency deployment.

Goes from the pump to the top of the left storage cover lift cylinder.

This is a single hose that would normally be part of a set sold by Mercedes as p/n 209 800 05 81. 

Comes with o-ring, snap ring, and snap ring installation tool for installation on the pump end.

There is no o-ring required for installation on the cylinder end, and you can re-use the original hydraulic line clip

Due to an extremely high demand for E-Class bow extension cylinders and cores coming back very slowly or our parts being sold to third parties, we had to suspend the core exchange option for single bow extension cylinders temporarily. This may last well through summer.  We are still offering core exchange of the full cylinder sets. Of course, we would be happy to rebuild the cylinder(s) from your vehicle, should you choose to ship them to us first.

This is single hose that would normally be part of a set sold by Mercedes as p/n 209 800 02 81.

Goes from the pump to the top of the right main lift cylinder (top drive cylinder).

Top Hydraulics' hose material is more flexible than the OEM material and holds up to ten times the operating pressure in your convertible top hydraulic system.

P/N 2088000172 Bow Cylinder

Convertible top cylinders rebuild/upgrade service (using best seals available ) for Mercedes W208 CLK Class with a total of 7 rams in the cabriolet top hydraulic system. We replace the tiny OEM seals with larger ones of a superior quality.

Core exchange is available for $190 plus a $120 deposit.

Lock Pawl Cylinders are related to hydraulic lowering and raising of the roll bar. The emergency deployment is independent via electronic release of spring pressure in the roll bar. Top Hydraulics upgrades them with intricate seals made from superior material.
