1. (Most affordable) You send in your malfunctioning Hydraulic Pump, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds it.
- The rebuild includes electric motor replacement or rewinding if necessary, service of hydraulic valves, and upgrade of internal seals in the pump to eliminate current or future pressure loss or internal bypass. Three years warranty.

2. (Fastest) Expedited Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first (includes a $300 Refundable Core Charge).
- Option 2 means that you get a rebuilt & upgraded pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original pump for credit of your $300 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a pump that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

The most common failures on these pumps are gradual pressure loss or a burnt out motor. Top Hydraulics rebuilds these pumps and makes them perform better than brand new ones. We replace and upgrade internal seals, check tolerances on check valves, pistons, rotor, and stator, as well as solenoid valve performance. Burnt out motors get rewound or replaced, and internal components get upgraded. Thorough bench testing for flow, pressure, and thermal behaviour ensure that you get back a pump that performs beyond original factory specs.
