Special Option: Saab 9-3 (93) First Bow Cylinder Plus Tonneau Cover Lift Cylinders

 These cylinders are the easiest to remove and usually the first to fail.

Model years 2003 and up have seven cylinders that actuate the soft top and its latches. All cylinders are very similar to each other, and it is hard to tell which one will fail first. The decay rate is generally a function of temperature. The biodegradable seals inside make eventual failure of all rams almost certain, unless the car gets wrecked prematurely. We offer a package deal for all seven cylinders to be rebuilt for the price of five!

1st Bow Cylinder/Bow No. 1 p/n 12833515

6th Bow Cylinder/Bow No. 6 p/n 12833509 (right side) or 12833508 (left side)

7th Bow Cylinder/Bow No. 7 p/n 12833495 (right side) or 12833494 (left side)

Tonneau Cover Cylinder p/n 12833502 (right side) or 12833501 (left side)

You remove your hydraulic cylinders you would like to have rebuilt, and send them to us. Core exchange is NOT available for Saab cylinders. The polished cylinder shaft must be undamaged for a proper rebuild. If you send your RH tonneau cylinder with the sensor attached, then we will remove it for the cylinder rebuild, and re-install it before shipping the part back to you.
Once we receive your cylinders, the turn around time for Saab cylinders is up to two days for rebuild service, and we will ship the cylinders back to you by Priority U.S. Mail (2-3 days delivery time).
