- The rebuild includes electric motor replacement or rewinding if necessary, service of hydraulic valves, and upgrade of internal seals in the pump to eliminate current or future pressure loss or internal bypass. Three years warranty.

($650 plus $200 Refundable Core Charge).
- Option 2 means that you get a rebuilt & upgraded pump from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original part for credit of your $200 core refund. Top Hydraulics ships the pump filled with fluid for plug-and-play installation. You get a pump that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

Most commonly in the earlier stages of your EOS' service life, failure of the original pumps is caused by corrosion from water entering your trunk (boot). However, the pumps also wear out inside and their internal seals will eventually fail. Once the original pumps are about 15 years old, internal failures become quite common.
We service the electric motor, wiring harness, temperature sensor, noise suppression circuitry, clutch, rotating pump assembly, internal valves and electric solenoids. Of course, we replace and upgrade the internal seals in the pump. For example, our proprietary oil seals (which seal the rotating motor shaft from the oil in the pump housing) hold up to at least double the pressure of the original seals. We make sure that all internal components are exceeding factory specifications and we replace any worn internal parts. The pump goes through extensive testing after the rebuild. It may not look as pretty on the outside as a brand new one, but we are certain that the inside of the pump is better than new - rebuilt and upgraded to last longer and exceed factory specs.
Sending us a pump with a corroded motor is okay as long as the corrosion has not eaten any deep holes into the aluminum pump body.
Within the US, we return ship via 2-3 Day Service.
International return shipping is $90. We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority, which is very fast.
